Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@zzealshop.com to start your return. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. You may request to cancel or modify your order (product variant, personalization, or shipping address) within 12 hour of placing it.

Send your request to support@zzealshop.com within this timeframe. Orders processed after 12 hour may not be adjustable due to our fast fulfillment process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or credit card may take additional time to post the refund.
