This is our official return and refund policy, applicable to all purchases made through our website. Please read it carefully and follow the instructions below to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for a Refund
We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original, new condition.
- The item is damaged, defective, or arrives with a manufacturing issue.
- The item is damaged during shipping.
Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You selected the wrong size.
- You provided an incorrect shipping address that led to a lost package.
- You ordered the wrong color or style.
- You simply changed your mind after the order was processed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Send us an email at support@zzealshop.com with the subject line: "Refund Request".
Please include the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- Name on the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or issue with the product
Step 2:
Wait for a reply from us regarding our decision. We will review your request and notify you via email.
Step 3:
If your refund is approved, you don't need to return the item. We will issue a refund directly to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- You must send your refund request within 30 days from the order date.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends).
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, we begin processing and production, and cancellations are no longer possible.

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank – some processing delays may apply.
